Do you have a question?

Leave your questions, and we will answer them as soon as possible.

We help homeowners, apartment property management companies, condo owners, and office building management properties from regular maintenance and ad-hoc handyman jobs to full renovations.

Depending on the type of remodeling or construction you require, you might need to apply for a County permit to build in or alter your home. We will assess your request and guide you in the process of permit application if that becomes necessary. Note that you should always factor in some time for permit grants when planning your home or office renovations.

Major renovations such as kitchen remodeling (new cabinets, new flooring, freshly painted walls), bathroom remodeling (new fixtures, new wall paint), and new floorings will certainly add value to your home, besides providing a much nicer environment for the entire family.

Yes, “remodeling” and  “redesign” are 2 generally mixed-up words with differing meanings.

Both sorts of house building are a terrific return on investment and raise the value of your residence.

Renovation projects are meant to revive an already existing structure with cosmetic changes. This can imply repainting your living room walls or setting up new lights in your master bathroom shower.

Remodeling is best exemplified, when you intend to completely remodel a bathroom by changing fixtures, layout, replacing cabinets, etc,  meaning, you wish to completely alter or customize the way it looks.

We work with you along the way to provide guidance when you want o remodel an entire house, apartment, or office. Our process includes a free in-person quote at the site of the remodeling project, an estimate of material and labor costs. Then we prepare a proposal of service and a contract that you can sign to schedule your remodeling project. Upon signed contract and  initial payment, we will work with you during all stages of renovation/remodeling, keeping you informed of our progress.

We work to the best of our abilities to deliver your project on time and within budget.

When intending a house remodel, there are too many things to keep track of and way too many points to count, in fact.

You need a plan of action!

If you have plans to completely renovate your home or if you purchased a house that you want to flip, you should consider these steps before starting your project:

  1. Have a vision for your remodeling job. Start envisioning what you desire for your residence. The beauty of an entire house remodel is that you can develop specifically the home you want, so it’s worthwhile spending a few days understanding specifically what is necessary for you and your family.

    2. Figure out funding/lending at an early stage prior to contacting us to inquire about a quote for your task.

    3. Define which locations in the home will be remodeled and which will stay as they are.

    4. Take into consideration architectural needs as well as their restrictions.

Here is a ballpark estimate of time to complete a full home renovation:

  • Planning and preparation: 1 month
  • Demolition: 2 weeks
  • A/C, Electrical & Pipes: 2-3 weeks
  • Framework & Drywall: 2 weeks
  • Paint: 1 week
  • Installation of  Bathroom/Kitchen Cabinets & Fixtures: 1-2 weeks
  • Doors & Windows: 1 week
  • Flooring the entire home: 1 week
  • Carpeting bedrooms: around 1 week for 2 bedroom homes
  • Final finishes: 1 week
  • Cleaning: 6 hours

Note timeline for home renovations vary from property to property and will only be given upon a quote request and contract to work on your project. The estimate above is just a basic idea for your reference when planing your next home remodel.
